Being a highly recognised Queensland brand, QRU were assured by their provider that they were getting the best deal for their communications. However, following a discovery audit, it was apparent that several significant billing and other issues were on the account.

Reedify were able to rectify and renegotiate the solution with the provider despite QRU being ‘locked’ into a long term agreement that would have otherwise resulted in hundreds of thousands of contract-break fees.

The QRU were able to completely revamp their contracts without any changes to their infrastructure and save over 65% every month. In the first 12 months of management, QRU saved over $150,000 in costs while increasing business efficiencies.

Our Task 1: Find and resolve billing errors leading to significant excess costs.
