Eify Pty Ltd was introduced to Reedify following 3 years of fighting with their service provider regarding exorbitant costs and service disruptions.
Eify claimed that Telstra had misled them during the sale which resulted in Eify having plans that exponentially increased their monthly costs. Reedify was able to find and prove unethical practice and a new solution was designed that reduced costs by 30%.
Eify had all charges reversed and rebated which exceeded their outstanding allowance and resulted in over $50,000 rebated.
